Lately, when I have ingested a dose of magic mushrooms--sometimes I get on a piece of cardboard and scoot under the Townace--start the engine and just listen to it. This I did two days ago. And I realized that the Townace was not "like a bus " , but actully is a tiny bus. The designers at Toyota had "bus spirit" in mind when they designed it.
I had an LE van in the 1990s and felt the bus vibe and always liked it. But with the Townace 3CT , it has bus vibes in spades . Enough for me to come to an explicit ontological understanding.
If I had the funds and space , I would have a GM4104 with a 8V92 in it , but that is a table too rich for my means--- but having the Townace lets me play in the bus world at a level I can afford. And I am learning to speak diesel !
