    Relay And Circuit Breaker Layout

    Can anyone confirm if the Circuit Breaker and Relay layout below is correct? I **think** I'm reading the diagram from the manual correctly (further below), but...

    I've never touched them, but believe they are right in front of the drivers right knee directly behind an immovable part of the dashboard. You can find the relays with your fingertips by reaching under the dash. Seems like odd placement. I guess Toyota knew we wouldn't have to think about or touch these very often.
