I dont have any experience with anything else but my van came with kyb's. My van has low miles so i dont think they have been on there for a whole ton of miles and they are bouncy. Im going to upgrade to cop shocks when i can.

Super bouncy! -At least they were on my 4wd. I took 'em off and went with the cop shocks and they're much better. I still think the Gabriels I had were the best so far.
If possible and I had to do it all over again I'd try for the OEM ones.
Here's a discussion about them, or at least it will lead you to one of many discussions about the shock conundrum : http://www.toyotavantech.com/forum/s...ghlight=shocks

Interesting. I just bought KYB's for the rear and it's time to replace the front shocks again. I went with the Gabriel's last time and have been disappointed with the ride quality and longevity. Curious to hear what other's have to say. I always ran KYB's on my VW Busses when I couldn't get/afford the OE Germans and had good results.
