    Code 11

Well, here is the short of it. Block cracked. Used engine from southwest engines (not sure that was the best idea) but had a guy put it in. Runs. Idles rougher than previously in drive with the brake on. Also, has a difficult time starting in the morning. Jumped the ecu and came back with code 11. Checked battery terminals, large yellow fuse behind power steering reservoir, not sure what to look at next. Says "page F1-33" not sure where that is. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    Re: Code 11

Code 11 is likely a failed TPS, but that's probably not why it idles rough. I'm guessing the throttle body intake tube cracked, and that would explain the rough idle. Do a search for "Throttle Position Sensor" and another for "Throttle Body Hose" or "Intake Tube". This should provide the answers you seek. Tim

Thanks Tim. Ordered the TPS. Checked for cracks or a leak on the throttle body hose. Even did the soapy water test. No cracks or leaks.

Ill get the TPS and put that in first, then let you know.

    Thanks again!

Keep in mind this is vacuum here. If there were a leak, bubbles would only appear on the inside of the intake tube. Tim
