It seems that the item I was looking at is the ISC-VSV, (Idle Speed Control Vacuum Switching Valve) I found a diagram for the ISC-VSV but I don't know where the connections are on the actual engine itself unfortunately.

Any ideas? Thanks again for your help.

Here's a picture showing where the vacuum lines hook-up. I'm pointing to the one on the throttle body and I marked the other with an arrow.

Dude, thank you for that pic! You need a 'buy me a coffe/beer/drink of choice' link on here. The manuals don't have a section for vsv's or the vacuum system in general, I never would've found that.
Let me know if this post needs to be moved somewhere else, I'll try to keep on topic-ish. :wnk:
This van starts immediately, if I give it throttle I can keep it running, but if I don't give it throttle it dies within about 5 seconds. I don't know what circuits are involved in idling as opposed to when it's under throttle. This has exceeded my diagnostic experience. However there are some missing/misplaced vacuum lines so I'm trying to start there.
In the pic you posted Tim, the lower port/nipple already has a hose plugged on to it that runs up and attaches at a junction next to the egr valve modulator. It is not actually visible in the pic I'm posting unfortunately, it's sort of underneath, but it looks like it attaches to one of the pipes/tubes with the red arrows pointing to them, left one is large, the right one is small, I just can t tell which one. I don't want to take off the air intake unless I have to because everything I touch on this thing breaks.. pic below:

I found 2 other ports of concern. I don't understand how to plumb the A/C idle up diaphragm, It has 4 ports, but I can't find a diagram showing more than 3 things connected to it.

And there is a capped port on what I think is the EFI VSV, I don't know what goes where from who and at what time...

Let me know if anyone know what lines go where, I'm still looking though the manual bit it's not showing diagrams like I'd hoped. Thank you again for any help. Thanks!
