1990 TownAce engine removal

Is there any information out there on removing the engine from a 1990 TownAce? I need to replace seals and am having a hard time tracking down info. Any help is appreciated

I have not seen any specific info, but my guess would be that the process of getting it out would be rather similar to the previous generation.
