Will pulling either the 15 amp EFI fuse, or the 30 amp EFI fusible link (large square plastic fuse), disable starting and running? Will one alone? Both? Thanks.

Pulling the efi 15 amp fuse will keep it from running. It won’t keep it from turning over.
