Intermittent Horn

Basically, during a small driving session I.E. to the gas station & back, if I use the horn once, it will not work again for the drive to or fro for some unknown reason... If it even decides to work at all! :?: Don't know where the horn assembly is situated on my van so as of now I can't say if its possibly physically damaged or just worn out as it most likely is original. Any ideas/info for this?

Thanks for the guidance! Will analyze the info there to see if I can also fix my intermittent horn issue.
