slider door track/trim removal

time to grind out some rust. Any tricks to getting the chrome door slider piece out/in?

Looks like a bolt on either end and then slide the whole unit left (?)

There are studs in the back of the track with nuts only accessible from the inside. If your van is a cargo, No biggy! If it's a full fledged LE your gonna have to put a little sweat into it.
