Hello All!!

So I just purchased a 1984 Toyota Van LE model and found a huge rat's nest. I promptly cleaned that up and found that a rat had chewed up a large amount of my wires. I noticed that it chewed through my wires that lead up to the ECU. I disconnected the terminals and now need to fix all this wiring, but I am having a problem identifying what each wire is for, since some have repeated colors. I found the ECU connector pinout with abbreviations that I frankly can't make out and so I can't identify things correctly on the wiring schematic. Since I plan to just solder the wires that got chewed up should there be anything I should be aware of?

Here is what I am looking at and have figured out a few, but still need help:
18 pin connector:
E2 - Ground
Vs -
Vc -
BAT -
THA - Intake air temperature
TWS - water temperature switch? The wire is green, but there are two places in the wiring diagram where this can go?
STA - Starter
A/C - Air conditioning?
OX - oxygen sensor (NCA on the wiring diagram?)
IG - Distributor?
E3 - Ground
W - Check engine light
+B -
VSV2 -Vacuum switching valve
SPD - Vehicle speed
L - throttle valve maybe? Yellow/red wire that leads to the O/D Thermo switch on wiring diagram, but also to the alternator.
CHG - charge light
VSV1 - Vacuum switching valve, but the color indicates A/C system?

12 pin connector:
THW - Water Thermo sensor?
IDL - I believe this goes to the throttle position sensor
Vf - EFI service connector?
T - Test terminal? Not sure what this means
NO 10 - Injectors 1 and 3
E01 - Ground
E1 - Ground
TL - I believe this goes to the throttle position sensor
Psw - I believe this goes to the throttle position sensor
-
No 20 - Injectors 2 and 4
E02 - Ground

Thanks guys!

This is the wiring diagram I am using, I have highlighted the ones that I seem to be missing or can't figure out:
