pale dash light at ignition "on"

Hi all!

i just changed the alternator. The alternator is charging well. My problem is when i put ignition on, the a.t. oil light, brake light, battery light , and radiator light goes on but slowly and they are weak...

Then when i start the van all lights goes off and everything is as usual.

any idea? bad ground?
