I searched to no avail...
Had an issue with the gas cap/ fill area earlier. Seems as though the tank may not be venting. Filled the tank a few days ago, today I had a slight gas smell near the filler neck area... took off the gas cap and about a 1/4 gallon of gas chugged out.
Seems like a lack of vent in the charcoal canister/ evap system to me. Anyone dealt with this issue before? I checked the charcoal canister and it seems to be functioning, but I also noticed a little check valve back by the tank that feeds the line to the canister... do these fail often? It's in a hard to reach area for sure.
