If the timing skips on a 2CT, is it ruined?

Looks like my timing belt skipped a tooth, is it ruined? I can't seem to find if the motor is non-interference.

The 2CT is an interference engine. Not sure if being off a tooth would ruin your engine though. I remember stumbling across this on Ace Answers at some point....
