does your van when shifted into gear lose RPM?, cause mine when shifted into gear engine rpm drops to from 750 to 600-500...

It is typical when an automatic is put in to Gear that it drops RPM about 250rpm.
Generally on automatics the idle is set at 1000rpm and the drop is to 750.
Have you set your TPS ? there is a very good how to in the Library.

-thank you very much eddieleephd for the reply. setting the rpm in 1000 makes the shiftshock a bit harsh, thats why i just set it around 800, i'm planning to make something that will compensate for the rpm lose when shifted to gear just like the new A/T vehicles today. :)... by the way, do you have any ideas about our vans ISC valve? how does it work in our van?
