Starter relay location

I read the Basic knowledge information but still can't seem to locate the starter relay. Any idea where it could be?
I found the electrical diagram it is labeled STARTER RELAY M/T.
If you could guide me to it's location I can fix my van today. Thanks.

Can you confirm that this starter relay, P/N 28300-73010, is only applicable to vans with MT?

I looked up the part number and the description comes up with only MT applications. Thanks!

Yes, the relay is only used on manual vans (it's not used on automatic vans). For autos there's just the neutral safety switch......but the vans can benefit from an added relay to help boost voltage to starter solenoid. Thanks for the confirmation. I've spent many hours reviewing lots of posts regarding the intermittent starting issues for these vans but I have never recognized (if mentioned) that the starter relay was only on MT models. So I've begun my troubleshooting and was unable to find the starter relay, so thus my question.
