Radiator cap confusion

Is the coolant reservoir cap acts the radiator cap? :cnfsd: Please forgive my ignorance. The reason why I ask is because I'm thinking about buying a Previa this weekend and want to check out (with a Napa Block tester) to see if Head Gasket is ok. Therefore, I need to know where to put the tester. I"m thinking the coolant reservoir cap is the radiator cap?
