US vs international parts?

Shopping at rock auto, looks like a ton of Previa parts are marked as for overseas models. Are the European Previa parts actually different than US imports? Some by same manufacturer like MOOG are around 1/2 the price of those for US models.

Specifically shopping for front end ball joints, stabilizer links, tie rod ends bushings etc. Researching this at DIY parts, looks like Toyota's part numbers for US vs Europe vs Japan models have same part numbers across the board.

Any risk ordering the MOOG name brand european equivalents?

all the same Europe never got the supercharged model and only Japan and USA did Europe got the larger front sway bar just like the S/C version did there are minor electrical and interior differences, but if you're talking about mechanical parts, everything is the same
